Bookings & Cancellations
Permanent Bookings:
To make a booking you must complete a Permanent Childcare Agreement Form. All permanent sessions are billable. To cancel a permanent session, 2 weeks written notice is required and you need to be absent for 2 or more weeks. The place for your child/ren will be held for a maximum of 6 weeks.
Casual Bookings:
To make a casual booking, simply ring up or pop into the centre to make a booking. When booking please clearly state to a staff member your child's name, day, date and session required.
You may cancel a booked casual session 24 hours in advance without penalty.
Occasional Bookings:
An occasional care session may be booked after 4pm the previous day. Sessions are also available in 1 hour periods.
